A process- and business-oriented consultant, I work between operational teams and IT solutions (CRM, ERP, automation) to bring clarity, efficiency and consistency. My role: analyse and formalise needs, structure internal processes, then drive their continuous improvement.

After several years in demanding environments — Rohde & Schwarz, Cisco, Microsoft, Cision — I've developed a cross-functional view of IT and the ability to connect business needs to solutions. Self-taught with an entrepreneurial mindset, I also build my own tools (automation infrastructure, AI agents, dashboards) — which feeds a concrete, end-to-end understanding of what I advise on.
